Insurance & Payment

Insurance and Payment Options

If you have dental insurance, as a courtesy to you, we will be happy to bill your insurance company.  We will do our best to estimate what we believe your insurance carrier will cover, however, all we can do is provide an estimate. Please be aware that you are personally responsible for the total payment of all procedures performed in our office.  This may include treatment not covered by your insurance benefits.  Our office will go over a treatment plan with you prior to beginning treatment and you will be given a treatment plan that outlines the Dr.’s recommendations.  At that time, we will do our best to answer any of your financial questions, but request that specific insurance questions be addressed by you with your carrier.

There is a great deal of variance in fees between insurance companies even within the same geographic area.  Our fees are competitive for this region and represent the quality of care we offer our patients.

We are excited to be preferred providers for Delta Dental Plans and Regence.

Any estimated portion not covered by insurance is due at the time of service.

Our office accepts: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and are proud to offer the CareCredit program.

Any remaining balances over sixty (60) days from the date of service are your responsibility regardless of whether or not your insurance benefits have been received.

We are here for you!

If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact us or call us at 206-575-1122.  Many times a simple telephone call will clear up any misunderstandings or questions regarding your bill.
